BE REAL explores the tension between movement and stillness through a series of composed frames and restrained choreography.

Developed in close collaboration with the choreographer, the piece began with simple sketches and references to align on spatial intent and camera language. Movement was shaped around the environment, allowing architecture, light, and framing to guide the visual rhythm.

Shot on location in Singapore, the film leans into natural geometry and contrast, using minimal intervention to let moments unfold with clarity and precision.

This project marks an early exploration into dance filmmaking, focusing on translating instinctive visual ideas into structured, repeatable frames.

Content Ecosystem

Rather than ending with the film, the project evolved into a series of supporting assets designed to document the creative process, sustain engagement, and extend the life of the work across social platforms. From early concepts and previs to behind-the-scenes moments and post-release reflections, the series generated over 108K organic views, 13.8K interactions, 2.3K saves, and 1.8K shares—all achieved through organic reach.
